B3

Three more weeks!! Hopefully!! B3 is growing bigger and stronger and we are ready for his or her arrival… well, except for picking names. I wanted to remember my prego belly after its gone, so I had my mom take some pics for us. I think we got some cute ones…

And, some other things about the pregnancy I want to remember…
- Baby's heart rate hovered around 140 at every appointment
- This baby has been described as a "wild child" by my doctor and the ultrasound technician as they attempt to check up on things. He or she moves too much to monitor the heart rate for more than a few seconds.
- I don't think this child moves as aggressively as Emma did. Of course it's hard to compare from almost 3 years ago, but I remember when Emma got going it would hurt and this one moves a lot, but it's not too painful or uncomfortable.
- I have craved cereal and other carbs most often.
- I had to have the sugar test twice, once early because of my history of having gestational diabetes with Samuel and once at the normal time. Both times it was high, but not over the limit. So, I passed!
- I had to get on some thyroid medication this time. The few times I've missed taking it, I have been unable to function kind of exhausted. So, I guess it's working!
- I have a few spider veins and varicose veins on my legs this time. :( Hoping they go away on their own after baby is born.
- I have gained about the same amount of weight with all three children. Right on target, despite my lack of exercise or healthy eating. I stopped working out in the beginning when I wasn't feeling good, tried to pick it back up a little during the second trimester, and tapered down to just walking Sam to/from school in the past few weeks.

That's all I can think to document for now. We are so excited to see this little boy or girl's face! Any guesses on baby's gender?
