Spring Break

Our Arkansas friends have been taking a spring break trip to the lake every year since before any kids were born. We get a large house and just hang out for the weekend. The weather has never cooperated, but it doesn't matter much since we don't leave the house except for a few hours at the outlet malls. We had to miss the last couple of years, but since we live within driving distance again we were so thrilled to be able to make it work this year. I loved getting to know my friends kids better and of course talking and being with some of my closest friends all weekend. 

Graham and I hung out in the dressing room while the other mommies tried on clothes…

This is what we drove through on the way home. It was so slow. It took us an extra 4 hours, but we were just glad to make it safely with little drama from the back seat.
