I finally broke down and bought the camera lens I've had my eye on for a couple years now. I'm still figuring it out, but I think I like it. It's the 50mm f/1.8 for those who are interested. This lens is great for close ups and when you want to focus on a small area and add more blur to the background. The fixed lens aspect takes some getting used to, but overall it has been a good purchase. I still have a lot to learn, but I'm excited to experiment more with it.

You are so talented!! I love the ones of Emma kissing Baby Aye Aye and riding her bike. So precious. Good job on the fuzzy backgrounds with the first few-so cool!
